Few coaches have made an immediate an impact as Bob Stoops has done at Oklahoma. Prior to accepting the Sooners job, Stoops was a standout defensive coordinator for the Florida Gators. Stoops wasted little time restoring a proud program to the pinnacle of athletic achievement. In 2000, his Sooners squad won the Orange Bowl and the BCS National Championship. His teams have won seven Big 12 titles and he personally has won national coach of the year honors in two different seasons, while also producing two Heisman Trophy winners in Jason White and Sam Bradford.
